The Custom House Referral Program

The Custom House Referral Program can lower your marketing costs. With each referral you add, our program can help you increase your farm area or pay for your current area.

Give us a business referral that results in a completed newspaper, and we give you 3% of the referral’s invoice off your next issue every time they publish. If you build up a referral client base, you can increase your farm area or pay for your current area. The savings could be significant.

Here’s how it works. Give us the names, addresses, and phone numbers of real estate agents you have personally spoken to about Custom House Publishers, and we will contact them on your behalf.

For each agent who signs up for the paper and publishes an issue, you will receive 3% of the referral’s invoice off your next issue.

If your referral is invoiced at:
• $2,000, you would receive $60 off your next issue
• $7,000, you would receive $210 off your next issue

Referral Program Rules:
1) To qualify for the 3%, the referred clients must indicate who referred them, so make sure they put your name on the publishing order (or state your name when calling to sign up).
2) You must already be publishing a paper to start receiving referral credits.
3) We welcome referral lists, but it must be people within your sphere of influence.
